Two-Platen Series Gains Smaller Model

The two-platen HM press line from Battenfeld of America,South Elgin,111.,has been extended with a new smaller model.A 440-ton size is being introduced this month at the Fakuma show in Germany.Features include a maximum injection pressure of 43,530 psi and injection speeds up to 300 mm/sec.It's available with clamps from 350 to 550 tons.
