Wellman Plastics Recycling Joins Shanghai Pret Composites

One of the country's largest plastics recyclers, Wellman Plastics Recycling and its subsidiary, DC foam Recycling, Johnsonvitle, S.C., are being acquired by Shanghai Pret Composites, Ltd., a major Chinese automotive plastics compounder. Completion of the acqu sition is expected by the end of the first quarter.
