New D-Max single-drop hot sprue bushings from DME, Madison Heights, Mich., have two zones of heating with separate thermocouples. They have a square coil heater on the head of the nozzle and DME's standard slip-on, cast-in heater on the nozzle body, which is said to give better control than square coils and last about 50% longer.
