In June, Arburg Inc. opened its new 30,000 ft~2 Technology Center and corporate headquarters in Rocky Hill, Conn. The new facility is a short distance from Arburg's previous U.S. headquarters in Newing-ton, Conn. The building will house spare parts and a range of stock machines. A large showroom is directly connected to the customer training center. Two lab areas are devoted to the new Freeformer additive manufacturing machine. The new plant also includes areas for machine preparation and turnkey systems.
