Japan's Tepco to invest $3.5 billion in electric facilities

Japan's Tokyo Electric said in a report it will invest Yen 350 billion ($3.54 billion) in between fiscal 2009 and 2011 for power generation facilities that include nuclear, coal, LNG, hydro and renewable energy.
