摘要

Cotton inbred lines DS-28 (female) and SBYF-425 (male) were screened with random primers for DNA polymorphism. Using pollen parent specific random primers, the genetic purity of DCH-32 hybrid seeds was determined by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis. The results from RAPD for the different hybrid seed lots of DCH-32 agreed well with the field based grow out test. It is suggested that thc RAPD method might be an alternative to the lime consuming grow out test.
