China Coal Energy, the second-largest coal producer in China, said its parent state-owned China National Coal Group bought back 4.05 million of its shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.In a statement submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, China Coal Energy said its parent firm now controls 57.55% of its total shares, up from 57.52%.
