Shareholders of Indonesian coal producer PT Bayan Resources have voted "overwhelmingly" in favor of the sale of its Pakar coal project in East Kalimantan, Indonesia, to Kangaroo Resources, Kangaroo said in a June 8 statement. The Australia-based miner said that Bayan shareholders' approval had been obtained at a general meeting held in Jakarta on June 7.
