Victory West Metals signs deal to acquire coal interest in indonesia

ASX-listed Victory West Metals (VWM) said it has signed a heads of agreement to fully acquire South East Asia Energy Resources (SEAE) which has coal interests in Indonesia. SEAE has the rights to an 85% interest in the PT Bumi Energy Kaltim (BEK) coal project in East Kalimantan province and to nine coking and thermal coal concessions in the same province, VWM said.
