A buyer in Paraguay said today they should have the Brazilian offers by the end of the week and will then decide where to buy. Braskem reported resin export price increase to Mercosur went up $100/mt in February. Brazilian offers to Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia after the increase were at $1,550-1,600/mt CFR film while the offers to Argentina were heard at $1,780-1,830/mt CFR film. To the Andean Countries and Central America, Brazilian offer prices had the same increase of $100/mt.
