Spot propylene in Northwest Europe was assessed up by Eur35/mt at Eur1,050/mt ($1,415/mt) this week after a number of sources reported a higher indicated traded level. Early Friday a trader reported offering 1,000 mt of polymer grade into inland Germany on rail tank cars for April delivery, adding that they were mid-negotiation with potential buyers and nothing had yet been concluded.
