US PVC offers to Peru climbed $60 as a late reaction of the increases seen in other markets. Notional offers were at a range of $1,100-1,120/mt CFR this week. In the Brazilian domestic market, prices remained steady as PVC offers were talked at Reals 2,500-2,650/mt CIF for rigid (prices with pis/coffins). Sources expected that next week the Brazilian government would announce a resolution to lift a 16% anti-dumping fee that had applied for nearly 20 years to PVC products imported from the US and Mexico.
