Import deals were heard to the West Coast at 85-86 cents/lb($1,874-$1,896/mt) delivered. The price was flat to last week,and demand was firm as there was a wide spread betweenthe import and domestic price. Domestic prices were at 94 cents/lb delivered in September and were still undernegotiation for October. Sources did not believe domesticprices would fall significantly as raw materials costs were notlikely to decrease.
