Sentiment was mixed this week in local China and international markets. In the domestic China market, some local PVC producers turned bullish in the wake of firmer PVC futures in the Dalian Commodity Exchange. The PVC futures rose sharply earlier this week, tracking bullish western crude oil benchmarks.
