Singapore-China has cancelled preferential duties for South Korea imports after discovering that certificates of origin issued by South Korea depicted a map which infringed on Chinese territory. A customs official from the Chinese port of Ningbo in Zhejiang province said the rate granted under the Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement, or APTA, was revoked July 20 after they found that the map printed on the certificate showed North Korea and a part of China, besides South Korea.
