The Mexican market could experience tightness in HDPE supply in April as producer Pemex Petroquimica recovered from a production issue at a plant in Morelos state, sources said this week. Pemex's 80,000 mt/year Mitsui HDPE blow molding plant was back at full production this week after a seven-day maintenance, a company source said. The company had taken one of its two trains off line for repairs. The Mexican market could experience some shortness of resin in April, the company source said.
