LDPE price assessments for CFR Peru and CFR Brazil wentdown this week supported by lower offers coming from Asiaand the US to Latin America. In Peru, Asian offers dropped$50/mt over last week reaching levels of $1,600/mt CFRCallao. US offers fell $90/mt becoming very competitive at$1,560/mt CFR for LDPE film, while the Brazilian ones werehigher at $1,650/mt CFR. LDPE bids in the Peruvian marketwere heard around $1,500/mt CFR this week.
