Asian butadiene prices were unchanged Friday amid market uncertainty as participants returned from their Christmas and New Year holidays. End-users said their tanks were still full for January while producers were offering cargoes for February lifting at more than $2,100/mt CFR China. No firm bids were seen though one Chinese participant said buying ideas hovered about $2,050/mt.
