US polystyrene prices were talked higher again this week as tight feedstock supplies - and climbing monomer prices - provided price support. Last week, the domestic prices for US polystyrene climbed 6 cents to account for the recent increase in feedstock styrene. Since that increase, though, styrene monomer prices continued to climb. A 61 cents/lb deal was confirmed done this week. Following that trade, the price was being discussed closer to 61.5 cents/lb.
