The most expensiveGPPS offer heard this week came from a Taiwanese producer,offering at $1,560/mt CFR China, with the sharpest offercoming from a second Taiwanese producer at $1,550/mt. “Itlooks like activities are picking up a little bit on the customerside because they’re looking at the monomer prices,” said aHong Kong-based producer. “Demand is picking up butslowly.
