LDPE contract prices continued to slide this week, driven loweras converters tried to bridge the gap between spot and netcontract levels, sources said. Prices nudged down by Eur10/mtthis week, representing a fall of Eur40/mt on the month; priceswere assessed at Eur1,270-1,275/mt FD Germany. Prices inFrance were down Eur50/mt on the month, which was cited asthe “most aggressive” market by sources.
