Export prices fell across the board as demand was weak and suppliers had room to cut prices with spot ethylene in the ow 30s cents/lb FD USG. There were HD film deals talked at 51-52 cents/lb FAS Houston, but one trader said he was able o buy HD film at 48 cents/lb FAS. “I cannot find the lower offers in the market, but my buyers in South America can,” an exporter said. Demand was slow as buyers were only aking what they absolutely needed and no more as they believed there was still more decreases in prices to come.
