Kuwait Oil Co intends to open soon a newly rebuilt oil gathering center that will boost the country's crude production capacity to 2.8-mil b/d from a current 2.5-mil b/d,senior oil sources said Sep 17.KOC is scheduled to re-open the rebuilt GC-15 hub in late September or early October in the northern Rawdatain field,they said.
