UAE sees hurdles in offer to boost oil output

The United Arab Emirates,the only OPEC oil producer other than Saudi Arabia to have any significant spare capacity,can raise its output by more than 500,000 b/d but is constrained by strict environmental alws and its zero gas flaring rules,UAE oil minister Obaid al-Nasseri told Platts.
