Calgary-The Canadian government's plans to sell its final 19% stake in Petro-Canada are being stalled by an expected federal election in late June,Finance Minister Ralph Goodale said May 13."I would doubt it would be possible to do so if one were distracted by an election," he said outside the House of Commons,referring to growing speculation that Prime Minister Paul Martin will set a June 28 election date.
