Fire engulfed a major oil producing platform offshore Indiaj July 27 operated by India's state-run oil and Nautral Gas Corp,withe the death toll of at least five workers feared to rise,India's oil minister Mani Shanker Aiyar said.Aiyar told a televised press conference as many as 300 people could have been owrking on India's most prolific offshore platform complex,the 100,000 b/d Bombay High unit.
