A straightforward rollover of OPEC's 27.5-mil b/d crude production ceiling at next week's Vienna meeting looked less of a foregone conclusion June 6 than it had last week,several top cartel officials suggested.With oil prices briefing trading back above US55/bbl and with the European Union planning to ask OPEC to raise production when top officials from the two sides meet in Brussels later this week,talk has now emerged of raising the ceiling.
