New York-The petroleum futures complex settled at new highs Aug 11 for the third time this week on continued refinery woes,with September crude futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange gaining 90 cts to 65.80/bbl after touching 66/bbl.NYMEX September heating oil hit 1.8985/gal,a gain of 5.97 cts,while the front-month unleaded gasoline contract was up 5.35 cts to 1.9498/gal.Front-month Brent on the International Petroleum Exchange also hit a new high,gaining 1.39 to 65.38/bbl.
