Mexico City-Mexico set records for crude output,exports and earnings in 2004,state Pemex reported Jan 18,although there are sings output and exports may have reached a plateau.Crude output last year was 3.383-mil b/d,up from the previous record of 3,371-mil b/d in 2003.
