Vilnius-Lithuanian government officials are moving forward with plans to buy Yukos' 53% stake in Lithuanian oil company Mazeikiu Nafta,then resell the interest to a foreign company,despite arrest of the shares by a Netherlands court,Lithuanian deputy economy minister Nerijus Eidukevicius told Plans Oct 14.
