Gazprom to set price for Moscow share buy

The board of directors of Russia's Gazprom plans to set a price June 15 that the government must pay for the company shares it wants to buy to bring its holding in the gas giant to a controlling stake,Gazprom said June 3.At its regular meeting,just a little over a week before the general shareholders'meeting,the board will also consider coordination of upcoming deals that replaced an earlier plan to merge Gazprom with state oil firm Rosneft.
