Loss-making Irish Upstrea minnow Petrel resources said Sep 7 it has been awarded the Subba/Luhais oilfield develpment service contract in Southern Iraq by Iraq's oil ministry.The three-year,197-mil project aims to boost production to 200,000 b/d from a cureent 50,000 b/d,and add gas output of 100,000 Mcf/d.
