Iran and Libya could play a key role in balancing world drilling markets over the next few years,James Day,CEO of US contract driller Noble Corp,said."We know there's a shortage of rigs in Iran,although we can't work there now," Day said during a conference call with analysts Jan 23,referring to US economic sanctions against that country.
