Iraq's Persian Gulf loading terminal Khor al-Amaya is ready to load crude."It should be open shortly," Iraqi oil ministry spokesman Assem Jihad said."It will add 400,000 b/d to our exports."The oil terminal was built in the 1970s and nearly destroyed during the Iran-Iraq war.Previously,senior ministry officials said only two of the terminal's four berths were ready for loading.
