Russia's Lukoil and Italian Agip are winding up their LukAgip joint venture with the sale of upstream assets in Egypt and offshore Azerbaijan,Andrei Kuzyaev,president of Lukoil Overseas,told reporters Apr 1.A tender has just been held for LukAgip's 24% stake in the Meleiha block in Egypt's western desert,and for the venture's 10% interest in the Shak Deniz gas field in the Caspian Sea offshore Azerbaijan. Results should be known within a couple of weeks,Kuzyaev said.
