The Caspian Pipeline Consortium,currently moving about 440,000 b/d of crude exports to the Black Sea for onward delivery via the crowded Bosporus Straits,plans to press ahead with a major expansion despite Turkey's imposition of stricter tanker rules that are delaying navigation and adding to shipping costs in the area,Cameron Macara,CPC's deputy general director,told the 2nd Petroleum and Gas Conference June 23.
