Eighteen firms apply for Norwegian tender

The Norwegian ministry of petroleum said Mar 15 it has received applications from 18 companies for the 18th Licensing Round on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.That compares with 13 that applied in the 17th Licensing Round.The companies applied individually and as members of groups.
