Seven companies have submitted preliminary offers to acquire a 62.99% stake in Czech oil and petrochemicals company Unipetrol,a spokesman for the Czech National Property Fund (FNM) told Platts Jan 12.Names of the companies were not released,although Poland's PKN Orlean said it had submitted a preliminary offer by the Jan 12 deadline.
