California spot diessel prices firmed Apr 29 following report of a rupture on kinder morgan's norht line that spilled up to 24,000 bbl of diesel into suisun bay,25 miles east of san francisco bay.Rack and spot prices wee up a nickel in areas north of the rupture and some traders feared the outage could have a domino effect on diesel prices throughout the west coast market.
