Forest may slash Redoubt Shoal reserves: Alaska project proving a disappointment

The Redoubt Shoal oil field in Alaska's Cook Inlet is turning out to be a major disappointment for owner and operator Forest Oil. Forest said during an Aug 7 conference call that lower-than-expected productioon rates could even force a reduction in field reserve estimates.
