Itera set to start up new Russian gas field

Russia's biggest independent natural gas producer Itera plans to start up the Beregovoye natural gas field in the Pur region of West Siberia in May. Output from the new field will rise gradually to a peak of the new field will rise gradually to a peak of 11-bil cu m/year (about 388 Bcf/yr) and will be transported west outof siberia in the Zapolyarniye-Urengoi trunkline.
