Wall Street whipped shares of Anadarko Petroleum June 6, after the company slashed by 5% its 2003 production guidance to 190-mil boe or about 520,500 boe/d, due to weather, timing and reservoir issues in Qatar, Algeria and the Gulf of Mexico, respectively.
