There has been a management shake-up at Pepex, a website suddenly thrust into the spotlight when it announced last week it was taking over crude and product spot trading for Venezuela's state-owned PDVSA. Boris Marchegiani, co-founder of the electronic trading service, has resigned as CEO, but will stay on as vice president of marketing, Marchegiani confirmed in an interview Jan 13.
