Saudis,Russians sign oil cooperation pact:Top-level meeting in Moscow

Russia and Saudi Arabia,the world's two largest oil exporters,signed an oil and gas cooperation agreement Sep 2 calling for the two countries to work together to stabilize world oil markets.The Russian energy ministry said the agreement was signed in the Red Hall of the Moscow Kremlin by Russian energy minister Igor Yusufov and Saudi Arabian oil minister Ali Naimi,and was witnessed by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah.
