Argentina's Congress passes gasoil import bill

Buenos Aires-Argentina's lower house late Wednesday approved a bill designed to spur gasoil imports in a bid to end shortages and reduce the price of the product. The government-proposed bill was unanimously approved by the Senate May 15.
