Med,NW Europe clean tanker rates slide;UKC dirty prices on the rise

Cleantanker rates in the Mediterranean and Northwest Europe slid further last week,as demand for gasoil and naphtha movements within Europe remained thin while trans-Atlantic interest was patchy.Major charterers said September gasoil freight demand is traditionally thin in Europe as summer has come to an end,but the market has yet to begin resupplying with winter grade.
