Kuwait extends deadline on E&P project:Northern development already much delayed

Kuwait Petroleum Corp said Sep 1 it had extended a deadline for three international oil consortia to submit develo9pment plans for a much-delayed project to double production from northern oilfields.KPC also denied in a statement a Kuwaiti newspaper report that said it had asked companies to delay submitting bids by one month from a Sep 1 deadline.
