Austrian oil and gas company OMV has bought a chain of 141 service stations from Austria's debt-laden independent retailer Avanti for an undisclosed price, OMV said Mar 14. Some 109 of the retail outlets included in the deal are in Austria, 11 in the Czech Republic, 20 in Slovakia and one in Bulgaria.
