US outlines plans for Gulf, Alaska sales

Washington-The Bush Administration will propose offering 20 oil and gas lease sales in federal outer continental shelf waters between 2002 and 2007, including 12 in the Gulf of Mexico and eight offshore Alaska, the Minerals Management Service said July 20.
