New York-US East Coast regular retail gasoline pricves jumped 3.4 cts/gal over the past week, to average 1.332/gal as of Monday, the US Energy Information Administration said. East Coast pump prices have gained 20.3 cts/gal in tyhe past four weeks, but they remain 5.5 cts/gal less than the same week a eyar ago, EIA said.
